Free: 2 weeks at The San Diego Country Estates. I will pay the 2016 maintenance fees and closing costs for this timeshare. It is totally free for you to purchase this unit. We have owned it for 30+ years and are ready to move on. We would like to purchase a timeshare in Hawaii, but need to divest of this one first.

This is a one-bedroom unit that sleeps 4. It includes free daily golf at San Vicente championship golf course. The resort has 16 tennis courts, swimming pools, and equestrian center at the resort.

This is a high season, Red Week floating from weeks 1 - 52. The maintenance fees for 2016 is $1,447.08 for the 2 weeks! I will pay the fee for 2016 for you to take over this timeshare. The timeshare is part of Platinum Timeshare Exchange. Also, it is affiliated with both II and RCI, so owners have additional choices of joining either exchange company or both.

Free: San Diego Country Estates

I want to add that the ownership allows for breaking up the week to 2 nights minimum each unless it is a holiday weekend, then 3 nights minimum. For the past 20+ years, we have booked 2 units each for Memorial Weekends for 3 night and the other unit for 4 nights.

We have owned there for 27 years. Love the free golf! Makes the place very popular with snowbirds. The units are remodeled regularly, are very large, (except the small kitchens). They pull about 35 trading units with RCI for prime weeks.

Hi "dwilson".... I'm not sure what you mean by "pull about 35 trading units with RCI for prime weeks"... do you mean you've traded 35 times with RCI with your SDCE units?

Thank you for your comments. We have enjoyed using the timeshare also. Unfortunate that I do not play golf or tennis anymore. We prefer to go to the beach... hopefully, Hawaii.

Do let your friends and relatives know that this unit is available for free with us paying the 2016 maintenance fees.

Have a great Thanksgiving!

Sorry I haven't checked back to answer your question. RCI assigns trading power to each deposited unit in the form of Exchange Points or Units. The number of points can vary according to desirability, week deposited, etc. You then use those points (units) to trade for other resort weeks. The resort you want to trade into is also assigned points required for you to make the trade. SDCE is assigned up to 35 points for desirable weeks such as July 4.
