Property is located in Weston Florida. One week, two-bedroom lockout, odd years (Week 42). Each bedroom can be individually exchanged with RCI. Timeshare is paid in full and 2025 maintenance payment will be made prior to closing. I will pay you $750 upon closing and also pay closing costs.
