That is different from what most understand although the screen shot seems indisputable. Could the maintenance fee be different from $835 to account for the additional points then.?

This picture of the Grandview at Las Vegas point chart was taken at a presentation on 4/24/2018. 196,000 = 2 x 98,000 or 4 x 49,000. Both are the next point level down in the one and two bedroom units.

Correct, it sounds like it’s two ownerships but the maint fee is only listed for one of them.

If one of them is week 43, the other is not at Grandview. The worst case scenario here is that they may have 'bought back' the 122k week and sold him two 98k weeks - pretending that was more valuable because it's more points.
