Vacation Village in the Berkshires
My daughter and I have owned a timeshare at Vacation Village in the Berkshires for 3 years. My daughter got married and I am caring my 92 years old mother for a half of year and we are unable to go to a vacation anymore. We decided to give away our timeshare. This is a nice ski resort. If anyone is interested in taking over this timeshare, let me know. I am more than happy to pay all of the closing cost so that it costs nothing to you. The information on our timeshare is as follows:

Resort Name: Vacation Village in the Berkshires (Unit#1304), Hancock, MA

Unit Size: 2BD, 2BA

Season Owned: 8th week (peak season), odd year, biennial

Maintenance Fee: $855/biennial

Also, this timeshare is associated with RCI, so if you cannot use this condo for assigned week, you can convert it to vacation points and you can use these points for a different vacation of your choice in which a RCI site offers. It is well worth to own it if you can go to a vacation.
