1 Bedroom Unit, sleeps 4, fixed week 43. A Silver Crown resort. Temperatures are usually in the 60's for this week. A perfect time for sightseeing, as all the summer crowds are gone, and the airfare from the US is at it's lowest for the year. No need for you to pay any closing costs, all transfers are done through the resort. I don't believe there is any transfer fee, but if there is, you would be responsible. This is a Right To Use (RTU) through 2083. Annual Maintenance fees are paid in Euros via the internet. This year's fee when translated to US dollars was $628. I received a report from the annual meeting that they plan on holding the maintenance fee steady for at least the next 3 years. First MF and first use in 2012. TPU was 24 in RCI for 2011.

Right to use week

If the week has no ownership can't you just tell them you no longer want to use it and have no payment responsibilities? That is. The way with our Hawaii weeks.the resort can take them back at any time the previous owners pay back their 12years of past due maintenance fees. We have the right to give up our use at-any time and are not liable formaintence fees.Strange but this probably is more valuable than ownership today. We hardly can sleep at night knowing that the previos owners can take say our use at any time.

I would be very surprised if this is correct. Do you have this in writing?
