Free timeshare, Foxrun week 52, 2 bedroom, unit 29, trades into Disney Vacation Club resorts

I have paid the 2026 maintenance fees. You won't have to pay fees until 2027.

The fees for 2026 were $1,095.

Two bedroom, two bathroom, townhouse-style units with stairs on the interior of the units. This is near Lake Lure, the lake where the outside scenes of Dirty Dancing were filmed. Close to Asheville, NC, and Biltmore Castle. Lots of amenities at Foxrun. It has been a TUG favorite over the years.

I will pay closing costs and transfer fees, you will have no out-of-pocket expenses.

I exchanged the week into a Disney Vacation Club resort for 2026. Usage begins in 2027. Fees are not due until 1/15/2027 for 2027 usage. I will pay for closing and transfer of the week into your name.

I will give the new owner the week I have confirmed with this week for 2026, 5/9-5/16/2026 at Disney's Saratoga Springs, a 2 bedroom unit, if you will take this week off of my hands. I will close it myself and pay transfer fees. Easy-breezy. I will add you as guest.

I have a week for 5/16-5/23/2026 at Disney's Saratoga Springs, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, sleeps 9, that I am happy to give to the person who takes this week 52. No reimbursement of fees is necessary. The value is $1095 in MF's + exchange fee of $249, I will add your name as guest. This is basically a giveaway for you to take that week. There are other weeks I could retrade this one to, should you want different dates. I can also get any Marriott in summer for you, even Marriott's Imperial Palms 3 bedrooms.

Foxrun still trades into Disney. I am happy to know that fact, even after II downgraded trading power on some of my Marriott and Sheraton weeks, I can still get 2 bedrooms at Disney with this particular week.

A few years ago, I was able to get a 2 bedroom at Marriott's Maui Ocean Club with this week for July 4th. This was before Disney went back to II from RCI.

I have an interested party. We will see if this one is going, going and gone.

After Disney went to RCI years ago, I was able to trade this week into Disney resorts, until RCI went to the point system in weeks, then I could no longer get cheap trades into Disney.

Needless to say, I am very glad II has the Disney account again. II provides value that RCI will not. Two deposits for one DVC one bedroom was not a great use of my Foxrun in RCI.
