Free Timeshare at Enchanted Isle Resort, Hollywood FL

My husband and I owner week 40 at Enchanted Isle Resort, Hollywood FL which we want to give away for free. The Unit is one bedroom with a full kitchen and the property has just been remodeled. We paid 2019 maintained fees and there are no other outstanding liabilities. Maintenance fee is currently at $507 per year. There are no reservations to rent the week for 2019.; so it will be available to the new owner for use in 2019. We are giving away for free because we are unable to use the week due health issues.
