My family has owned for 16 years. It has been fantastic. Kid's starting their own lives so we are willing to give away. The resort fees are high but WHY IT'S BEEN WORTH IT! So you get 3 weeks one blue, one white, and one red. You just call and book no locked in week. Here is why we really liked it. Once that RED is on the books. You can call and get a second RED week on top of that as long as you book within 45 days of your 1st RED week. Also we loved taking family or our church friends. We could book up to 3 cabins as long as they were available. So I took my bible study group of women and booked 3 cabins which only counts as 1 week.

They have invested millions. So the inside of the cabins are beautiful and the best cabins we've seen in 16 years of being RCI members. The pools are awesome because there are so many. With kids it was cool because if it rained you also had the indoor pool and hot tub so your vacation doesn't get ruined. Also basketball, softball, volleyball, and free mini golf of 18 holes. We brought food from home and once we got there we didn't have to spend money because amenities are included. They have added a movie area, game room. I will definitely say we have used this cheaper than a second home. We have had up to 12 cabins in 1 year. There is also an equestrian area you have to pay to ride but the horses are on the property and it's amazing.

If you are interested you can email me. Or to ask any questions.

What are the yearly maintenance fees?
Does it trade with other resorts?

This is a bluegreen UDI. They sold more of this type of membership at Christmas mountain but they also sold some in Virginia as well. You pay a MF and then you pay a housekeeping fee for each unit you book (if depositing or when you check in if you are using). Many members book 5-10 different weeks per year. They can be deposited with RCI, II and other independents.

Rosalinda, I sent you a PM. I don't think there's a way to send you an actual email from the TUG forums.

What is the annual MF for this ownership, and how much is the housekeeping fee per week?

Sounds great. I sent a private message yesterday. What are the MF and the house cleaning fees?
