The Villas of Hickory Hill offers beautiful grounds with quaint and comfortable accommodations. The resort is perfect for vacationing families or couples enjoying a relaxing and quiet getaway. Each two-story, two-bedroom unit sleeps six comfortably and includes a full kitchen facility equipped with a microwave, dishwasher and full-size refrigerator. Guests can enjoy a quiet night in front of the fireplace or a relaxing morning on the deck overlooking the golf course.

Fixed Week 30 Every Year- July 27, 2018 (For 2018) and July 26, 2019 (For 2019).

Maintenance Fees - $499 for 2018 which have been paid. If able to execute quickly you can use for 2018 for free as I have no plans of using the week.

RCI: Currently Part of the Weeks Program. The resort has an option to convert to Points.

Transfer Fees: I will pay the title transfer fee.

Once the transfer is complete, I will send the new owner a $500 general gift card, which they could use for 2019 maintenance fees or purchase something special now.

So just to recap, the 2018 maintenance fees are paid, I will pay all the transfer fees, and once the transfer is complete I will provide the new owner a $500 gift card!

Hurry as this deal won't last long and there is only one week to transfer.
