The Village at Palmetto Dunes
Free studio unit at The Village at Palmetto Dunes in Hilton Head, SC. Usage starts week 2 in January, and continues through weeks 3 and 4, all in the same unit.

The unit comes with a full kitchen and has a 4 adult occupancy between a king bed and a sleeper sofa.

It is an RCI property, will investigate how many points it exchanges for.

The unit is a short walk to the beach and an easy walk and/or bike ride to local restaurants and shopping.

Annual maintenance fees are ~$1,800 for all three weeks.

They have a no pet policy in the rooms, although they are allowed on-leash on the beach and on property during that time of year. There are two pet boarding facilities located near the timeshare.

On the PD site they show a studio and a large studio. Which is this one? Are they maintained well? Ie: up to date furnishings? Thanks
