Are pets allowed?

They have a no pet policy in the rooms, although they are allowed on-leash on the beach and on property during that time of year. There are two pet boarding facilities located near the timeshare.

Are there nearby golf courses and are they open then?

Yes, the Village is located right on the Robert Trent Jones golf course and it is already accepting reservations for tee times next January.

Additionally, there are two other courses nearby the George Fazio Golf Course (0.4 miles, with walking path) and the Arthur Hills Golf Course (2.2 miles away).

On the PD site they show a studio and a large studio. Which is this one? Are they maintained well? Ie: up to date furnishings? Thanks
