I have a 4-bedroom 4-bathroom at The Summit at Massanutten in McGaheysville, Virginia with 2 whirlpool tubs, 2 fireplaces, 2 decks, and a full kitchen. It is an upper and lower level which can be locked out to create 2 two-bedroom units that can be banked with the timeshare exchange as two separate weeks. Lower unit has only partial kitchen but also a gas grille. Upper unit has full kitchen, no grille.
For 2020 the weeks have been banked separately: Week 22 101U (upper) and lower 101L (lower) for trading points of 14 each.

1 week per year, no fixed dates. Floating red week for weeks 1-52 (i.e., it can be scheduled any time of the year providing there's availability). No current reservations. Unit is paid off and account is up-to-date. Affiliated with RCI if you want to book/exchange weeks. Trades in RCI as 32 weeks; 32 RCI TPUs (“Trade Power Units”) for combined unit, 16 TPUs per level.
2020 annual maintenance fee ($893) has been paid. I will also pay for all closing costs, including title and deed transfer, membership transfer with the timeshare operator/developer, and transfer agent fees. The transfer agent will be:
