I am giving away my paid-in-full, clear-title The spas at resort world 3 bedroom lockin - Week #6. The contract is completely paid off, and there is no loan balance whatsoever.
We enjoyed it for many years but due to health reasons, we are no longer able to use the membership, so we are looking to transfer it to a new owner who can enjoy it.
I am giving this away for $0 / FREE. The only requirement is that the buyer pays the standard transfer fee as required by the company.
Current Maintenance Fees: Approximately $1100 a year.
Transfer Process:
We will follow the instructions made by the Legacy Vacation Resorts company to handle the transaction safely and legally. Once they processes the paperwork and you cover the fee, the property will be transferred into your name by them.
