This is a floating red season 1 BR/4 unit. The maintenance fee of ~$600 has been paid for 2012, and the new owner will be able to use or exchange the 2012 week. Owner will contribute $200 towards closing costs. Willing to negotiate. The current TUG rating is 8.51.
