Just based on experience, if a new poster is offering for free a relatively new timeshare (in existence only a few years), a timeshare that does have some value, the stickler that is usually left out is that there is a mortgage.

Hi. I’m not sure how Tug works since I am not a member. But I just checked in and saw these conversations. I own at The District Club. It is paid off. I’m working with Frank to give it away since I don’t need it now.My other guess is that OP already gave it away. I was interested and going to contact them, but the system indicated they were last seen in a conversation back then (early September), so I figured it was already gone.
