This unit can be deposited as 2 separate 2 bedrooms. You can deposit it in II up to 2 years before check-in. For use year 2026, I have already exchanged one side for a early May 2025 trip to Western Kierland (WKV). The other side has not been deposited yet. I would like to use it but would be willing to let it go if the buyer reimburses for the 2026 MF. Remember, that remaining 2 bedroom unit can still be exchanged for a 2025 use or can use at home resort in 2026.

Buyer to pay transfer fees and resort transfer fees. Resort transfer fee is $250, closing agent fee varies depending on the selected entity. LT transfers or Resort Closing Inc is preferred.
