Ken,

I'd venture to say that this is unit is an annual "Royal Tahitian" due to the MF of 800+. The Moorea is ~ 300+ and the Bora Bora's that I've seen have a MF around ~ 500.

I'm an owner of a Moorea unit and really like this resort.

Just my 2 cents.

We gave this TS to a nice family from Canada. The process was very straight forward, with no real glitches. We used Lisa and Mary with Legal Timeshare Transfers. Thanks everyone for your interest!
