2BR LO Annual Floating

MF is $825 due in November
I believe the transfer fee is $525
Would like to split total fees with new owner (approx. $725 each estimated including 2011 MF, but will split actual)

I LOVE this resort and I enjoy LV every time I go. The TS is on the strip just past the "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign. There is a free shuttle that runs every hour and takes you directly to New York, New York and The Mirage. One of, if not THE, nicest pools in LV (and Lazy River). I have never had a problem getting a reservation any time I wanted, and even request the room I want-- overlooking the strip. I split this up through the resort and stay twice a year for 3 days and twice a year for 4 days. Or make your own combination -- this TS allows you to mix it upany way you want. Only reason I want to get rid of it is I want to try staying at all the big hotels!

Has been trading through II, but just got an email this morning that RCI is now affiliated.

This is my first time giving a TS away, may need to have some patience. I've done my homework through TUG, but still my first time and may have questions...

You are trying to get rid of a two bedroom annual is that correct? I am a little confused by the, You can go 4 times a year. I can only assume you are going for 3 nights & 4 nights in the one bedroom and then 3 nights & 4 nights in the lockoff portion. Am I correct?

Yes-- a 2 BR Annual. Sorry for the confusion. Let me try to explain better.

One side is a 1BR with a full Kitchen. One side is a 1BR with a Kitchenette. You can use them together as a 2BR or split them up as a LO.

Consolidated Resorts allows you to go online and book whatever days you want (or you can call). You get 5 weekdays and 2 weekend days a year as the 2BR or you can split them up any way you choose. For example, you could stay Fri, Sat as a 2BR one trip, then Tue, Wed, Thur as a 1BR another trip, and Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur on the other 1BR on another trip, and still have 2 weekdays to use on a 1BR for the year. Or use the 2BR for a week. Or use 1BR for 1 week and the other 1BR for another week. You can split them any way you want, but you get 2 weekend days and 5 weekdays to use any way you wish. They count Fri and Sat as weekend, everything else is weekday.

If you want to trade for another resort, you can split it and use 1 week 1BR (or split it) in LV and deposit the other week 1BR for trade.

Does that help?

If you're interested, let's talk about it. I don't mind if you want to send email, pm me, or even call. Full freight on this resort is around 50k for the 2BR Annual. I bought this on eBay for $100 (Original owner was a DVM in Florida who sold it through a resale company), and it's been great. I've been so happy with this TS I have nothing bad to say about it at all. I just want to try something different.

I just got my MF bill from the resort. It looks like I might have been paid a year in advance, since the bill is only $26. If this turns out to be the case, I will pay all of the closing and transfer costs, which would make it entirely free and clear for the new owner. If this turns out to be the case-- I will check my records, and probably call to be sure.
