Quick update for anyone who has been following this listing or is considering reaching out:

For those wondering about timing — transfers through LT Transfers typically complete in 4 to 6 weeks from the time paperwork is initiated, which means anyone who moves forward soon could realistically have this fully in hand well before the end of summer.

Why does that matter? Late 2026 is shaping up to be a very exciting time to be in Las Vegas. A few highlights for later this year:

• The Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix returns November 19–21 — lights, speed, and the Strip transformed into a race circuit
• The Wrangler National Finals Rodeo runs December 3–12 — the single biggest annual event in Las Vegas, transforming the entire city for 10 nights
• Metallica opens their Sphere residency starting October 30 — if you can snag tickets, there is no more immersive concert experience on the planet right now

Of course, unit availability is subject to resort booking and is never guaranteed, but owning a floating week in that window puts you in the game for any or all of the above — at resort cost rather than peak Strip hotel rates.

I've had similar experiences over the years. Using this week through Interval International I've been able to trade into some great destinations including Sedona AZ, Orlando FL, Hilton Head SC, and a number of other spots — the trading power on this unit has been consistently strong.

For anyone not familiar with how timeshare exchange works, here's a quick overview of what a new owner would be getting access to with this unit:

Interval International (II): 3,200+ resorts across 90+ countries. Membership starts at $89/year and the exchange fee to confirm a trade is currently $239 per week.

RCI: 3,600+ resorts across 100 countries — the largest exchange network in the world. Membership starts at $109/year and the exchange fee runs approximately $299 per confirmed exchange.
