This is a good value for someone if they wish to stay in the Sea Pines gated community.

If I recall correctly, the Swallowtail Resort used to be a Marriott.

Swallowtail at Sea Pines Maintenance Fees

It's $855.00 a year maintenance fee. This year's paid, and I pay 2017 fee for you as well. So, first maintenance cost would be due in January, 2018.
 
Swallowtail at Sea Pines Week #49

It is a fixed week. I don't have the master calendar in front of me, but it typically is the second week of December, give or take a day depending on the way the weeks break down. Sunny and often soft autumn feel at this time of year, very nice. We moved to California, now too far to get back over to the area, but the marshes and wildlife can't be matched. Let me know if interested.
