All current fees are paid and up-to-date. There is no mortgage and it is owned outright.
2018 MF are $607. Usage would start in November 2018. Your MFs won't start until 2019.
Week 46 in 2018 is 11/17 to 11/24. (Thanksgiving is 11/22.) In 2019, it's 11/16 to 11/23. And in 2020, it's 11l14 to 11/21.
We took this off the hands of a friend who was no longer able to travel. We no longer want it.
The resort is extremely well-maintained with typical amenities. There is a 9-hole golf course on site. It is perfectly situated for all sorts of day trips (Ft. Myers, Ft. Myers Beach, Naples, Everglades, Sanibel and Captiva).
