Giving away free our Sunset Fisherman’s biennial vacation membership. Really nice Mexican Riveria beachfront resort only a ten minute beach walk to the Playa del Carmen ferry to Cozumel.
I currently have two paid weeks built up that can be used. The week maintenance fees are @$650 with an additional maintenance fee of $424.50 due every 5 years ( currently due and I am willing to pay). There is a transfer fee of $50 to “change of assignment of membership “ that I will also agree to pay.
This is my first and only timeshare and am not interested in flying anymore. Other than that the resort is great and will be missed.

Do you have any idea what the member all inclusive option costs? Also, what is the guest capacity?

I believe all inclusive cost are about $75 per person per day but I also have seen them throw around special deals that were less than that. My contract states 4 person capacity.

What are the use periods for it? Are there blackout weeks, like Christmas and Holy Week?

No problem. I pulled out my contract and it states that I can use the resorts any Use Period (1 week Saturday to Saturday) excluding the Use Period including Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, Holy Week, Easter Sunday for the resorts affiliated to the Sunset/Lagoon/Fishermen group, and not to the ones affiliated to the International exchange system R.C.I.

I’m I missing the size of unit your contract is for? Studio, One Bedroom, Two Bedroom? By the maintenance fees it looks like it might be a studio? The studios are very large here. You are low on the maintenance fees I prepaid my 2022 fees on 10 contracts and the studio was 792.00 with an 8% discount.
The resort is very special. Small boutique resort absolutely Ocean Front 50 steps from Caribbean. I would highly recommend it. To reserve prime weeks you might book a year in advance. 2022 is fully booked until May.

Yes you are correct it is a studio and still available. I really like the fact you are right on a wonderful sand beach that seems like it is secluded but really only a 10 minute walk to town.
