Hi - what are the maintenance fees? Any other fees (resort transfer, closing costs)? Thanks.

Does it float 1-52 or just certain weeks?

There are several types of Summit float weeks.

1-52 float also known at Red weeks on the deed
There are also ones that only float 11-17 & 47-48 also known as White weeks on the deed
or 1-6, 8-18, 44-46, 48-50
There may be another type of off season float as well.

A typical summer week would get you about 19 tpu's for each side. Christmas and New Years week get you about 24 tpu's per side. If you exchange into any of the Vacation Village affiliates with a Massanutten based credit the RCI exchange fee is $149. If you pay your MF early you can also request an additional credit from their boost program which would be around 11-19 tpu's but would require either use within about 2 months or a combine.

The Vacation Village boost is only for weeks based, right? I picked up a VV/RCI points week but was thinking an actual deeded week might be good just for that...

The Boost is Massanutten only. The discounted exchange fee is for weeks based exchanges with all VV affiliates.

Do you think the boost + discount exchange is worth it if I can't guarantee I'll make it to the deeded resort on a regular basis? It seems like a good trader & I would like an excuse to hit up the historic sites on East coast - I'm more Midwest/FL (Orlando) based at the moment but I know there's Parkway in the VV portfolio so it might be nice for 2 different vacation options for me...

No I'm not wanting payment of 2017.
If you want to use 2018 then I would like the MF for that week at the time of closing.

785 for 4 bedrooms? We are going to VV in Weston soon. Is your resort affiliated with them?
I would think the maintenance on a 4 bedroom would be higher? Also can you split the timeshare into 2 2 bedroom exchanges?

İ got this long time ago so MF is lower than if you get it now.

Yes it is affiliated with VV.
If you trade to a VV one through RCI you get a reduced rate. See above for more detailed explanation.
