Can be used at Villa Del Palmar in Puerto Vallarta, VDP Flamingos in Nuevo Vallarta, VDP and Villa Del Arco in Cabo San Lucas. Yearly maintenance fee arounf $620. You can get extra weeks for just the maintenance fee at your option. Fees for 2012 paid in full. Use annually and last year of use is 2028. Size and season can be upgraded for a fee with the resort. Size can be upgraded for free upon check in and we have been successful at doing this. The weeks are 18-43, May through October.
