It is a one bedroom July week and a great trader. HOA fees run about $250 or so a year!! Next fees due are for 2027. Cape escape will do the transfer for about $200 to be paid by buyer.

Trades with RCI. Not sure about II. I have gotten trades into Manhattan club, Aruba, St. Maarten, Florid, Mexico and NH ski areas in Feb. Usually gets between 18-24 points depending on when you deposit the week. Got my week ago JUST for trading. I love my week and this one is my friend's who cannot travel anymore. I listed it on her behalf...
 
Trades into other 1BR? 2BR? Studios? I don't really know what 18TPU gets you.
