Great location -- quick & easy access to Tanglewood, Norman Rockwell Museum & other Berkshire Hills attractions, fall foliage

Maintenance fee = $952 (maint. fee & tax) (No mortgage)

We will cover closing (deed preparation & recording), or pay up to $125 toward closing if you select the closing agency and we approve it.
