Free Ski Week, Smoketree Lodge NC

I am offering my Smoketree Lodge timeshare for free.

Great location for North Carolina skiing. I hate to let it go but my life is taking a different direction.

The Lodge is located at 11914 Highway 105 South at in Banner, Elk N.C.

The unit is week 4. Great week to assure the most fun skiing at the nearby ski resorts. The unit is convenient to Sugar (4.9 mi, 9 min) and Beech (12.7 mi, 26 min) mountain ski lodges.

The unit is a one bedroom studio with kitchenette. Queen size bed. Resort amenities include indoor heated pool, workout room and whirlpool plus much more.

The maintenance fee is $597 which is paid thru September of 2016.

I'll up the ante on my offer. I will cover the title transfer also. This is a good place if you ski the lower east coast. Just not a fit for us anymore.
