Free Sheraton Vistana Village - Bella, 81000 staroption

What season is it for usage? Is that maintenance fee including Vistana fee or in addition to? This is a great offer!

Based on the unit and StarOptions, this looks to be a High season deed. On the SO chart that is Gold Plus.
 
I’m interested in this, but would like to know why it is ONLY 81K SO if it is a kickoff? That is usually the value for a 2-bdrm ONLY!

Not the OP, but the lockoff units have 81k in the lower season and more for the higher season.

The dedicated 2br have 81k in higher season and 67.1k in lower season.

Presumably this is the lower season lockoff - if it was a higher season lockoff it'd be worth quite a bit more.

Edited to add: if I hadn't bought a Hapimag share today I'd consider taking it myself. Free is a nice price...

Yeah, I already own two Vistana units, so just looking to add more to my portfolio for the points value mostly!

Since you stated you are an owner of Vistana units, suggest you go to your owner dashboard and easily look up the gold plus season for the Bella phase.
