I have two weeks available at this RCI Gold Crown resort 5 minutes from Disney World. Mortgage-free and maintenance and taxes fully paid including 2012. The 2012 weeks have already been taken.

Lakes Unit - 1 floating week any time during the year
Courts Unit - 1 fixed week (week 13 - End of March)

Both Units have been completely refurbished and are top quality.
Great place for families. Can sleep up to 8 people.
Units are 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, roughly 1,200 square feet.
Lots of amenities onsite.

Buyer simply pays closing costs for transfer of $500.
If both weeks are transfered to the same individual, the $500 fee covers both weeks.
Transfer Agent is recommended by the resort.
Sheraton Vistana is part of the Starwood Hotel chain.

Does anyone know if the transfer services provided by "Legal Timeshare Transfer" agents are reputable?

Their cost of only $95 instead of $500 would make the units more attractive.

we've used them a couple of times and have nothing but positive things to say about their service.

If you're giving the TS away, really don't need to pay someone for a closing. You can just type the deed from the old deed, changing the names, and have it recorded. I'd suggest verifying that everything is current with Starwood and doing a simple title search on the Orange County Recorder's website.
