This can trade in both Interval International and RCI, but you really do not need to trade if you want Orlando in a 2 bedroom every other year, because it floats. It gives you a lot of flexibility without the exchange fees.
Closing to be done by Legal Timeshare transfers. Would like the buyer to pay for closing costs and transfer fees. About $150. I will pay the difference.
