We're selling our deeded timeshare in Avon as we no longer have as much time as we'd like to spend in the mountains. Maintenance fees are paid for 2010, and the 2010 week is available.

One Bedroom Deluxe Villa
Every amenity you'd expect to find in a vacation home is provided in this spacious and beautifully decorated one-bedroom premium villa. This villa is the larger side of the two-bedroom lockoff villa. Our floating week is available any single week between weeks 16-20 and 40-27 - roughly mid-April thru mid-May, and mid-Oct thru November including Thanksgiving. I'll cover closing and transfer fees. No gimmicks, no scam - we just can use it anymore.

Any questions feel free to mail or PM me. Thanks all.

Steve

How much is the maintenance fee? About $810?
Is it Silver Season?

Sheraton Mountain Vista 2010-11 fees

Fees in total (base fees, taxes, exchange membership) were $919. Base fee was $787. 2011 "projected" fees are $932 total.

We own a silver season.

The fees will be a little lower (-$119) for the new owner, because the SVN membership and related fees won't transfer.

A lower MF makes it more attractive to possible new owners, so glad to help.

Good luck!

How well does this trade in II? Will I be able to get 1 BRs in Hawaii during non-holiday times? How does it's trading power compare to SDO?

This is a silver week - the lowest season at this resort.

Starwood timeshares have designated trading values in II - and an off-season week has lower trading value.

This week would probably trade about the same as a Silver week at SDO, but not as well as a Plat week or a 1-52 floating week.

If you are looking for a trader, you want a high season week.
