We have banked more vacation weeks than we can use, so we would like to give away the following timeshare to a family that can use it:
Sheraton Desert Oasis 2 bedroom lockoff villa (1 bedroom premium villa + 1 bedroom villa), 2 Bathrooms
EOY (Biennial) even usage, Floating Week 1-52 Gold Plus/red
First use and fees will begin in 2022
Maint Fee: 610.28
All dues up to date
Buyer's only costs will be transfer fees and closing costs (around $250)
SDO is a beautiful resort, but specially an excellent Trader in II. Both sides of the lockoff trade as a full one bedroom.
We used to split the lockoff into two 1BR units, and then exchanged one per year in II, usually getting a 2 or 3 bedrooms for each (paying II upgrade fee).
It has Internal Vistana preference (first priority for other Vistana exchanges) in II.
As we were tied to the school schedule, we usually travel weeks 51 and 52.
If you are able to book several months in advance, you can get excellent exchanges.

I see that L.T. Transfers is highly recommended in TUG, so I would use them to transfer the timeshare.
