Occupancy max 8 people
Exchange program: Interval International/SVN
MF is around $1309 per year which is up to date and already paid for 2020 next fee would due January 2021. Will pay for the title transfer/closing - transfer

I have one to let go as well...TUGger Tracy graciously gave it to me and it has served well since it's 2 br that lockoffs, making for two great trades with just one maintenance fee. But...I now live in the area, and I also am going to be living half time in the mountains...so I am needing to just stay put and not travel so much. It's been fun though!
