It is every even years usage.
Buyer's usage begins 2014 and can deposit this week on 1/1/2013.
Maintenance fee due begins 2013.
Enjoy internal starwood preference when you exchange through Interval International.
It is a gold plus week which covers summer season : week 9-43 & 47.
It is a one bedroom which can sleep 4 people. Not a 1 bedroom premium.
Maintenance fee is paid annually, and it's $250, so $500 per usage. Low Maintenance fee as an exchanger.
Closing can be handled through Legal Timeshare Transfers (LTT) for around $120 and it's buyer's responsibility.

This is a great deal! I own a similar week and just used it to confirm a 2 bedroom at the Westin Maui villas for next may. Really great trader for under $500 in maitience fees

It matters alot

Not really. As long as it's deeded to the summer season, you can book July, if you want July. I have a week 43 in that season that books anything 9-43 or 47. The issue is availability. Pay the fees before everyone else pays at the end of the year, and you get your choice of weeks.

I think the Starwood people are the best in the timeshare biz. They don't try to tell you things that aren't true, like Wyndham guides do sometimes. :rolleyes:
