This resort allows day usage for its owners. Indoor pool and large gym.

Suggest you add the MF costs and when due .. April 1st, I believe.

Late July/August. What is the date for the 2016 year?

This could be a fantastic find as it may coincide with the Nascar race that is always first weekend in August, also our Canadian holiday.

I haven't received the maintenance fee billing for 2016 yet, but for 2015 they were around $730.

Next years usage dates are July 24-31, 2016.
