This is an annual 2 bedroom lock-off floating 1-52 week at a great, well maintained resort. It is managed by VRI and has recently had complete interior refurbs. Sedona Springs trades with all exchange companies. I have used both the studio side and 1 bedroom side for excellent trades including Hyatt Highland's Inn Carmel and have been offered bonus certificates for deposits at II and SFX. Reservations can be made up to 24 months in advance with payment of mf (currently $767.) First use available 2011. You pay resort transfer fee and recording fee and it's yours.

Why am I giving it away? I own 2 additional weeks here and 8 other weeks besides! I need to downsize a bit.

Vanjo, I think this offer has been taken by someone else. Are you just curious about how the weeks might be used if you were to become an owner there?

Yes, I'm new to this and I'm not sure if that's a common practice in most places

Welcome to TUG! :i:

Yes - you can bank 2 weeks, and then use it for an exchange for 2 consecutive weeks later on, but exchanging is not guaranteed. Someone has to deposit the weeks you want to exchange into, for them to be available to you. Exchanging is more like gambling, than making a hotel reservation.

You've come to the right place, and I'd suggest you do a lot more research before you acquire a TS. A good place to research timeshares and exchanging is our "Advice" page, linked in the red bar at the top of the page.
