Free unit! Sedona Springs 2 Bedroom unit with a loft! Odd year floating usage.
You will be responsible for 2021 maintenance fees, and you will get 2021 usage (so you are geting 1/2 year free because usage begins in 2021, and 2020 maintenance fees were already paid.)
You pay transfer fees. LT transfers charges approximatley $175 for Arizona deed transfers.

The unit locks off into a 1 bedroom and studio. These can be deposited separately into RCI if desired.

And no, I am not a timeshare reseller - I've just decided it's time to let go of about half of my ownership units. The kids are starting to graduate from college, so travel is changing for the family. We have enjoyed many years in all our different timeshares. Time to downsize now as the kids no longer travel with me as much as they used to.

What are the maintenance fees?

Very tempted, we have stayed in one of these units with an SFX exchange. Every other year would be just right for Sedona visits.

The units are huge 2 story that sleep 8 easily. Studio side is downstairs sleeps 2, downstairs living room has pullout for 2, upstairs loft has another pullout for 2, then master bedroom upstairs for 2 more. Large jacuzzi tub in the master bath for relaxing after a long hike.

That was exactly the reason I purchased the unit. :) My family loves Sedona, and every other year was perfect. But we purchased a Tradewinds cruise package after going on one of the cruises last summer through RCI, and that is now our every other year trip. Sedona will have to be an every 4 year trip.

Sedona Springs was our first TS purchase back in 1996. Have never regretted it, always gotten good value even if we DID buy it from the developer (found TUG 6 months later).

Beautiful resort and units, good management, great trader (and direct exchange opportunities too) and it’s in SEDONA!

Very generous offer from the OP. I want it so badly I can taste it, but hubby is reigning me in, too many weeks already. Sigh.....

We are going to Sedona Springs for the first time in a few weeks. Will contact you when we get back with a review.

On ii, Sedona springs has a 4.5 star rating. Their MF is reasonable. I think that this is a pretty good deal. I'd jump on it except I've got 5 other TS.

sorry everyone - I had been off TUG for about a half year. This is still available. I've responded to a bunch of pm's as well.

edited to add: You will start with paying 2022 fees if you do not want usage for 2021. It's an odd year usage. You pay 2022 fees of approximately $460 and 2023 fees of approximately $460, and get usage in 2023.

I’m just looking into whether you have gotten rid of this or not. Thank you.
