FREE EOY ODD deeded week at Los Abrigados Resort and Spa. This was never converted to the previous IXL PVC trust points system or the current DRI trust program. This is a EOY ODD Jerome 1 Bedroom Red Floating week unit (worth 6,000 points EOY in DRI system). All 2012 Fees are paid and first use would be in 2013. I will pay ALL closing and transfer fees so this is a totally FREE timeshare week. Maintenance fees have remained fairly resonable since this is not part of the DRI trust programs ($403.92 for 2012).

I have not tried to navigate the DRI system yet as they took over after I had already banked my 2011 week with RCI so I do not know how these older deeded weeks (purchased in 1998) will work within the new DRI system, but this would be great for someone who likes to visit Sedona every couple of years or to trade with II or RCI.
