Hi @praneeth900,

Based on your higher annual club dues, you're a HGVMax Member. The annual club dues will be lower for a resale owner.
HGVMax is a relatively new benefit that provides access to Diamond properties - https://club.hiltongrandvacations.com/en/hgv-max/hgv-max-properties
HGVMax annual club dues is higher because it's an inclusive fee which requires no additional reservation transaction fees when staying at any of the Club Resorts, Eligible Club Resorts or resorts available through HGVMax. Your Max benefits will not transfer to the new resale owner. They will be treated as legacy HGVC members.
HGV Max Benefits - https://d1m2ucn09z2f8d.cloudfront.n...1936d32e5a/HGV-Max-Tier-Overview-20230831.pdf

Also, since this is an Odd every other year ownership, you should only be charged the Club Dues on the even years.
If you're seeing a Real Estate tax charge in 2024, call HGVC Member Services. I think that's an error.

For potential resale owners,
The Annual Club Due is $209 (for domestic owners in 2024).
Club Dues currently includes RCI Membership and access to Club Benefits such as Open Season Cash Rental Rates at Legacy HGVC Resorts (30 days before check-in).
This two-bedroom Silver Season week can be traded internally using points to any legacy HGVC resorts (for any room size/type, any season, any check-in date, 3-night minimum at most).

Thank you so much for this information. Appreciate it. I will reach out to HGVC to get clarification on Real Estate Taxes.

Sorry to ask this question, but I can't seem to figure out. Is there any way to edit the post to include the modified fees in my post? I am unable to find it.

I could be wrong, but I believe someone who only owns an EOY deed pays Club Dues every year. That would make sense because you are able to make reservations any year.

i own an EOY deed at Valdoro in Breck and for some reason my taxes are billed on my off year. That might be the case with the OP’s deed at Sea World.

Correct, Club dues are paid every year.
I was specifically referring to the even year of Club Due + Real Estate Taxes.

The SeaWorld Maintenance Fee provided looks like taxes were included.
I currently own several EOYs in Hawaii. Interesting about Valdoro but it's not a HGVC developed resort.
