Free 1 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Townhouse Unit in Cape Cod.

Free usuage for 2012 since Maint. Fee of $580.00 has been paid.

Annual usage is week 36 which starts Friday Sept 7, 2012 this year.

Purchaser will be responsible for closing and transfer costs.

Sea Mist is a VRI managed resort and can be traded internally with VRI or through RCI or II.

Any questions, do not hesitate to ask.

September is summer on the Cape, but not for much of the rest of the country. Our kids go back to school early August.

September is a great time to visit the Cape and Islands, but not practical for many of us.

Maint fee for 2012 were 580.00 which has been paid.

I believe VRI charges 100.00 to process the transfer.

I had a nice time at this resort in a very roomy one bedroom last September. It is so tempting but I own too much now. Want to trade owenrships? :rolleyes:
 
This would be an amazing deal for those who are not tied to traditional school schedules or those who home school the kids. I'm sure September would be an idyllic time on Cape Cod...still warm but without the crowds!

Janna, the crowds were still there when we went that same week.
 
Too far away for my use, but just a testimonial: VRI management is generally great. They aren't the most over-the-top resorts, but if you want great value in good, clean, well managed resorts, you can't beat 'em. Their internal trades (called VRI*ety) work great, is very low cost and has a nice selection of resorts including Hawaii, Mexico, and Florida. They also have low cost nightly and bonus stays.

Someone should jump on this!

Agreed totally.

We own a couple weeks at Sea Mist, a great resort to stay on the Cape or trade (low MF)
 
This unit is nolonger available, it now has a new owner.
