The Sheraton Desert Oasis resort is located in beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a two bedroom lock-off, which can be separated into two separate one bedroom villas, a larger and smaller version. You get the full two bedroom lock-off unit every odd year (2021, 2023 etc). This is a floating week that can be booked for any week of the year (1-52).

I have found that an EOY ownership can get you into the trading community of your choice at half the annual fees. You can be fairly creative with ways to actually enjoy vacations each year under this ownership.

MF’s for 2020 have already been paid, new owner starts paying MF’s in 2021.

Thanks, I really love this place. I’ve stayed here multiple times and if no one grabs it, I will keep it for a bit longer and continue to enjoy it.

I now own way more time shares then I have vacation time. So I sadly have to put a few of mine up

No fee. All SDO 2BR units lock off into 2 1BR (1 large and 1 small).
