It is two bedrooms, with another room that can be closed off with a sofa bed. The maintenance fees are $833.24.

I believe the OP stated it was week 50 (which is a fixed week).

It does trade in II, and it "may" trade in RCI but I don't know that for a fact.

There is an elevator you take to the 3rd floor. The unit itself does not have stairs.

The transfer fees are $169.20. It would be through Wilkenson Title in Sanibel. Sorry it took me so long to get back to you, I had a very busy week last week.
