Free San Luis Bay Inn Resort

I am giving away this resort located in San Luis, CA. This is for a studio every odd year. I have paid the 2012 maintance fees which were $211 for the year. This is a deeded property, and the property taxes for 2012 were $45. This is part of the Wyndham Bacation Resorts and part of the Diamond Resorts International. I am asking that you pay the transfer fees amd its yours. Going through a divorce and need to dipose of this. I paid $3500 for this in 2000.
