*FREE* Right to use timeshare in Colorado (until 2034)

Val Chatelle is a 2 bedroom + loft, 2 bath townhouse with 1 car garage and hot tub in Frisco, CO. Trades with RCI (#5160). Weeks rotate between 24 and 39 on an established schedule: 2013 is week 27, 2014 is week 30, 2015 is week 33, etc. In 2034, owners will decide to renew as a timeshare or sell as a townhouse. Well maintained property, owner controlled HOA (TUG member is on the Board) maintenance fees are $540 per year (paid quarterly) and haven’t increased in the 4 years we’ve owned there.

Weeks from 24-32 get 24 TPU
Weeks from 33-37 get 20 TPU
Weeks from 38-39 get 16 TPU

We will pay the transfer fee. We hate to let this one go because it’s RTU, but we have too many timeshares.

Frisco, CO is 10 miles from Breckenridge. Summers in Colorado are spectacular. RCI recently adjusted the TPUs for this week. Here are the new TPU values:

week 24 - 22 TPUs
week 27 - 22 TPUs
week 30 - 24 TPUs
week 33 - 20 TPUs
week 36 - 20 TPUs
week 39 - 20 TPUs

We deposited the 2013 week so first use and first maintenance fee would be 2014. OR, if you wish to pay the 2013 maintenance fee, we'll transfer 24 TPUs to your RCI account.
