Eastern Slope Inn & Resort in North Conway, New Hampshire. I've had this week for decades and have always used it as my very low annual cost entry to highly flexible RCI Points exchanges. (Week-only space banked units can be converted into surprisingly large amounts of points for a nominal fee paid to RCI.) It's a Studio, Unit E010A, Week 21 to be exact, which falls in mid-to-late May. Nice springtime season in beautiful New England! Worth 15,500 points annually with RCI, which is quite good considering its exceptionally low annual fee (and never any assessments!). I own it outright (no loans attached) and the annual fee has been paid through 2025. The upcoming 2026 annual fee is only $569 and is due on January 1, 2026, which I will also pay prior to transfer. It's time for me to pass it along because I live clear across the country and can no longer travel. I'll gift this to someone and sign whatever paper work is necessary to transfer the deed if the new owner can kindly arrange and pay for the legal transfer.
