1 bedroom/2 bath. Floating week 1-50. Ownership valid for Club Regina units in Puerto Vallarta, Cabo or Cancun. Maintenance fees of $900 paid through 2012. Usage starts 2013. RTU until 2024. I will pay transfer fee.
