800+ acre private mountain resort: horseback riding, log cabins, RV/tent campsites, swimming pool, lakes, fishing, year-round family events. (Photos from the ranch website.)

- 6 months FREE - assessments paid through Feb 2027, worth $1250
- FREE RV parking included with ownership
- Ownership is free - buyer covers deed transfer fees (roughly $200-300; the ranch runs the required credit + background check)
