8500 points in Diamond Resort's The CLUB, Premiere Vacation Club Collection (access to PVC resorts + 27 more incl. world wide resorts).

2 Bedroom unit / 8500 points
Prime Season - Gold membership
2012 maintenance fees paid - $1142.95

Wanting to transfer ownership of PVC Collection/Diamond Resorts Intl. with 8500 points to new owner for FREE. I will pay the recording fee with Coconino Co. Recorders office to process Quit Claim Deed and $250 Reconveyance Fee to Diamond Resorts Intl. to transfer ownership.

Will the 2012 points transfer to the new owner or have they already been used up?

The 8500 points are still available for 2012. I will be depositing them by June 30th into my DRI account if I am unable to transfer ownership. If you are interested let me know.

Success - transferred ownership

Thanks to TUG and Timeshare Marketplace/Bargain Deals I have found a "buyer". The deed has been recorded and in the process of transferring ownership with Diamond Resorts. I actually found an interested buyer in the first week I had the ad posted.... YEAH!!!!
