I am giving away the following week as I have to downsize a bit and owning lots of other weeks it just does not fit my profile anymore:

Stoneridge Resort, Blanchard, ID winter studio fixed wek 6

only $228 MF !

It has maintenance fees of only $228 and week 6 is red season with Interval. The unit also exchanges with RCI, but is way more valuable in Interval.

Usage and fees start 2013, so lots of time before the next MF comes due.

It does obviously not have very high trading power, but you can get shoulder season exchanges into nice resorts or even score a high season trade last minute.

This is an ideal entry point for getting acess to Interval International for getaways asd last call.

The resort is ran by the owners and has been undergoing rennovations without the need of a special assesment. Maintenance fee has increased by $5-10 per year.

I would have the deed notarized and help the taker to record it and notify the resort of the owner change.
