Sam Rayburn Country Club, 1 bedroom red equals 27500 points per year.

Maintenance fee is $286 yearly. Fees have been consistant, having risen only $26 in about 10 years.

First use is 2012 with payment of 2012 fees due at time of deed transfer.

I will cover transfer of deed, but any additional costs (of which I think there should be none) will be yours.

And it only costs 28K to get a studio in Disney at the off season so you could just rent the additional 500 points from RCI and get a nice studio to take your daughter. I know I sighted an AKV studio for early December earlier this year. :D

The resort management has really kept the fees in check. I bought about 10 years ago (or whenever RCI started points) to see what the RCI Points system was like. The fees were $260 then and now, a decade later on $286.

I hope someone will want this; like Chris wrote an off season Disney studio is only 28K. This would be a VERY inexpensive way to get there.

And those extra 500 RCI points even renting directly from RCI would only cost an additional $10. It's a bargain for anyone wanting a studio in DVC. ;)
