The full special assessment has been paid. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 3/4 bathroom Biennial Odd use unit. Usage is first available in 2013, and floats weeks 1-52. The biennial maintenance fees are $1348, and are due Jan. 1st each use year. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
